Time to test eyes….
We have an exciting update to share with you today.
We have started to see patients in the Wilmslow practice for appointments to choose eyewear (prescription, sunglass or even both,) plus we will begin eye examinations and contact lens checks from the beginning of July.
Initially we are offering appointments at the Wilmslow store, whilst we start to bring the familiar faces back to work and adapt to the new normal.
We would love to be back in Knutsford too but we need to take this one stage at a time – all patient records are on a main server and can be accessed by the Wilmslow team, so if you are a Knutsford patient, please consider an appointment at Wilmslow in the meantime.
For everyone’s comfort and safety we are offering all access to the practice by appointment only. It’s important that we control the amount of people visiting us to allow us to keep on top of the enhanced cleaning and disinfection processes. This works well because we can spend one to one time with you in a safe space and we will avoid queues outside.
Our teams are receiving thorough training to support their return to work and are confident with infection control and the new processes in place.
We do have a range of new ways to carry out your appointment and we will talk about this in more detail with you on the phone if you’d like to look at booking in to see the team.
